Workshops offer students
the opportunity for an immersion in their practice or
to try something new.
More time is allowed for a deeper level of instruction and focus on particular aspects of practice, and greater interaction.
Workshops are not necessarily harder than a typical yoga class, and you can always ask for more information on them by
e-mailing melissa@yogagainesville.com.
Sanctuary workshops offer students the chance to really enjoy the particular talents of our teachers, and benefit from the wisdom and experience of nationally and internationally acclaimed teachers.
Yin Yoga and Meditation Workshop with
Greg Jones and Melissa Montilla

Yoga Asana (poses) were originally designed so the body could be healthy and pain free, making sitting in meditation more comfortable and productive. Join Greg and Melissa for a workshop designed to teach you the basics of two symbiotic practices and how to integrate them.
Yoga for Your Type with Lisa Remy

Learn to craft a personal practice based on the wisdom of Ayurveda. In this workshop you will learn the best way to design your practice based on your individual Ayurvedic constitution. Prananyama, meditation, and some mantra will be included along with asana practice. We will explore with the intention of feeling the subtle energies of vata, pitta, and kapha. Workshops Policies:
- Registration must be prepaid to secure your spot.
- Client Cancellations or "no shows" are non-refundable.
Weekend Workshop cancellations:
- More than 2 weeks prior to the event: Fee is refundable less a $50.00 registration fee, contingent upon filling your space in the workshop.
- Within 14 days of event: 50% refundable contingent upon filling your space in the workshop.
Note: In order to have a successful workshop, a minimum number of participants must be enrolled. In the event that the minimum number of students is not reached, a full refund will be issued to all who have prepaid. Sanctuary will make every effort to reschedule this workshop at a later date.
